Building High-Performing Teams: A 10-Point Checklist for Success

Duration: 60 minutes

Here’s a fact every manager in your organization should know: If their team fails, they fail. If morale is low, if good employees quit, if work doesn’t get done on time, it’s a reflection on the quality of the team leader – not just the quality of the team.

A manager’s job isn’t about getting results through their individual skill and effort. It’s about getting the people on the team to produce at a high level. But that’s the sticking point. More info below

Very few managers are born with “team building” skills. They might be great individual performers, but they were never taught the fundamentals on how to turn a diverse group of individuals into a cohesive workforce all pulling together to achieve a shared goal.

That’s why you and your team leaders should attend this 60-minute webinar presentation from leadership expert Carol Hacker. She’ll walk you through a 10-point checklist to help you fine tune your team building and leadership skills.
